Thanks for stopping by The Mommy Life! We were recently featured in the Poughkeepsie Journal and welcome you to take a look around.

Our group is based in the Mid-Hudson Valley and welcomes mommies from Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Putnam Counties. We have big ambitions and look forward to making this a strong group full of lifelong friends.

The Mommy Life is a diverse group of women and children. Whether you're looking for new friends, a night out with the girls, a great playdate, a bit of advice, some much needed support and everything in between - you will find it here!
